Privacy policy

The contact form collects a name, an email address and the message you write.

The project enquiry form collects a name, an email address, an optional company name, what you want built, what it should achieve, a budget figure, a timeline, whether you already have something online, an optional link to it, and an optional note.

Both forms record the time of submission and, for abuse prevention only, a short-lived counter derived from your IP address. That counter holds no message content and is discarded automatically.

Signing in requires an email address and a password, both handled by Supabase Auth. We never see your password.

The app stores your session token in the device keystore — Keychain on iOS, encrypted shared preferences on Android — so you stay signed in. It is removed when you sign out.

Inside the app you see only your own company record, your projects and the files shared with you. Access is enforced by row-level rules in the database, not by the app.

The app contains no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind.

The public website sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

The admin area sets a session cookie when a member of the studio signs in. It is strictly necessary for that sign-in and is not used to follow anyone.

Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.

Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website.

Resend — sending a notification email to the studio when an enquiry or message arrives.

These are the only three. No data is sold, and none is shared for advertising.

Enquiries and contact messages are kept as business correspondence for as long as they are relevant to a possible or existing engagement, and removed on request.

Account and project data is kept for as long as the account exists.

Abuse-prevention counters expire within the hour.

The app has a delete option under Account. It removes your sign-in, your company record, your projects with their phases and updates, the files shared with you including the stored copies, and any devices registered for notifications. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

Enquiries and contact-form messages are not linked to an account and are not removed by that button. Email hello@jasnyapp.com and we will remove those as well.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to processing. Write to hello@jasnyapp.com and we will answer.

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
